Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical materials, merchandise, certificates, and other tangible items provided by Beats of Bharat. Most of our services are digital and event-based, but when physical items are involved, the following terms apply.

1. Scope of Shipping

Physical shipping applies to:

  • Official certificates and participation documents
  • Event merchandise (t-shirts, badges, promotional materials)
  • Welcome kits for selected participants
  • Awards, trophies, and recognition items
  • Study materials or resource booklets (if applicable)

2. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Pan-India: All states and union territories
  • Metro Cities: Faster delivery (3-5 business days)
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Standard delivery (5-10 business days)
  • Remote Areas: Extended delivery (10-15 business days)

International shipping is currently not available but may be offered for special cases upon request.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping:

Certificates and official documents are shipped at no additional cost

Merchandise Shipping:

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight and location

Bulk Orders:

Special shipping rates available for institutional or group orders

4. Processing Time

  • Certificates: Processed and dispatched within 7-10 business days after event completion
  • Merchandise: 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment
  • Custom Items: 10-15 business days for personalized or made-to-order items

*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier partner schedules, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • Track your shipment using the courier partner's website or mobile app

7. Shipping Address

  • Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement
  • After dispatch, address changes are not possible

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Recipient unavailable: The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • Incorrect address: Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
  • Refused delivery: Return shipping costs will be borne by the recipient

After 3 failed attempts, the item will be returned to us, and you must contact us for re-shipment.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

9.1 Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Do not accept the package if visible damage is present
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost

9.2 Lost Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit:

  • Wait for the maximum delivery period before reporting
  • Contact us with your tracking information
  • We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement

10. Returns and Exchanges

For information about returns and exchanges, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging
  • Certificates and personalized items are non-returnable
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes
  • Political unrest, strikes, or lockdowns
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Government regulations or restrictions
